Ladakh Tour Package

Day 01: Leh.

Arrive at Leh airport and transfer to the respective Hotel, booked for you. You are advised to take

complete rest for the day to adapt yourself with new environment at 11,135 feet altitude. Hot lunch will be provided by the hotel. Later, in the evening visit the Leh Market, Leh Palace, known as ‘Lachen Palkhar’ and Shanti Stupa, located on a hilltop near Chanspa. O/N Leh.

Day 02: Leh – Sham region – Leh.

After breakfast, drive to Likir and Alchi Monasteries, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Hall of Fame museum (it was established as homage for the martyrs of Kargil war) and Sangam (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers). O/N Leh.

Day 03: Leh - Nubra Valley 120 Kms/ 2-3 Hrs.

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley, also known as Valley of flowers via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the World, (18,380 ft). On your arrival in Nubra Valley check in the hotel / camp. Lunch will be provided by hotel/camp at Nubra. After enjoying lunch proceed to enjoy walk on the banks of Shayok river, you can also enjoy a ride on double humped camel on the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.

Day 04: Hunder to Turtuk,Sightseeing.

After Breakfast at Hunder The picturesque village of Turtuk is the last major settlement of India before the Line of Control beyond which lies Pakistan controlled Gilgit-Baltistan region. In fact, Turtuk was under Pakistan’s control until the 1971 Indo-Pak war where it came under Indian overnance. Thus, correctly referred to as the ‘village divided by a border.’ Not just the name, the village itself is one of a kind. Overnight at Hunder.

Day 05: Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake Via Shayok 140 Kms/ 3-4 Hrs.

After early Breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) via Shayok. Pangong is the highest salt water lake in the world, shared by India and China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. Later at free time one can leisurely enjoy the color changing lake of blue and green on a rusty background while the setting sun teases you with awesome vistas which is simply breathtaking. O/N Pangong Lake.

Day 06: Pangong Lake – Tso-Morirri Lake Via Shayok 180 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs.

Drive to Tsomoriri Lake. It is a breathtaking journey on a trail that is literally a ‘no mans’ land. Vast lonely stretches on the Chanthang plateau makes this drive one of the best isolated drives of this tour. Enroute visit the faraway settlement of Chusul. Tsomoriri is situated at an altitude of 4511m above sea level; with an area of about 140 Sq.km. Spend your evening watching shadows of the surrounding mountain and the varying depths of Tsomoriri lake. Stay in tented cottages at Tso Moriri.

Day 07: Tso-Morirri Lake – Leh 220 KMs/ 4-5 Hrs.

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh, enroute visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. O/N Leh.

Day 08: Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with exotic memories and stories to be related once back home.

CANCELATION POLICY :

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable /

unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same by mail. Cancellation

charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and

cancellation charges would be as follows:

45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost

20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost

15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

8 to 10 Days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Mode of Payment:

50% of the tour cost to be paid at the time of finalization of tour. All the balance must be clear before 15 days of departure
